By registering for the "Elevate: A Leadership & Wellness Immersion" retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Booking and Payment: Full payment is required to secure your spot. Early bird pricing is available until September 30, 2024, subject to availability.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Cancellations made before October 30, 2024, will receive a full refund minus a $500 administrative fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after October 30, 2024.
- In the event you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another eligible individual at no additional cost.
- Program Changes: While we strive to maintain the advertised program, we reserve the right to make changes to the retreat schedule, content, or facilitators if necessary.
- Health and Safety: Participants are responsible for their own health and well-being during the retreat. Please inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements in advance.
- Liability: The retreat organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the retreat. Participants are encouraged to obtain their own travel and health insurance.
- Privacy: We respect your privacy and will handle all personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
- Intellectual Property: All materials provided during the retreat are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
- Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior throughout the retreat. We reserve the right to ask any participant to leave if their behavior is deemed disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.
